We may be a cheap gym, but that doesn’t mean we’re light on kit. In fact, the opposite is true! Are Stafford gym is packed with more than 220 top-of-the-range pieces of gear so that you can hit your targets. Jump into the saddle of our superb indoor cycles and get a feel for the outdoors without the twin menace of traffic and exhaust fumes. For a great cardio work-out hop on to our cross trainers, treadmills, steppers and rowers. We’ve also got an extensive free weights area packed with plate-loaded and fixed-resistance apparatus. When it comes to exercise, PureGym has the kit to make you fit!
Over 50 free classes
For those who love to work out with a gym buddy or with others, we have more than 50 free fitness classes available every week, including circuits, fat burn and abs. For a small fee we also have zumba and yoga classes. If you need a pep talk or extra motivation to reach your targets we also have some of the best personal trainers, who can created tailored sessions to suit your level.
Workout round the clock
We know how difficult it can be balancing your work, home life and free time so we have made it as easy as possible to exercise by ensuring our gym is open 24 hours, seven days a week. Whether you’re a night owl or an early bird you can work out whenever you like and because we have remote monitoring you have the peace of mind that you are always in safe hands.
No contract

How to find us
You’ll find us between McDonalds and a car wash, opposite the petrol station.
You can park for free onsite or get a bus to the stop just 180 yards from the club.
There’s no denying we’re the perfect gym for students, as Stafford College is just 0.6 miles away, Staffordshire University is only 1.7 miles away and we’re open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so you can schedule a workout into the busiest of social lives!
