Over the last few weeks we've added new kit and improved the existing gym space. The gym now has a new look and feel and plenty of new kit to help you optimise your workouts. A new functional area has been added along with new kit including a rig, prowler track and air bikes. A new studio and cycle studio have also been added with new equipment and LED lighting so you can get the most out of your classes. The free weights area is also improved with new equipment to help your fitness go from strength to strength.

Brand new kit has arrived
You're now able to enjoy a new functional area to workout in, along with strength and sweat classes to help take your fitness up a level. The cycle and fitness studio’s have had a makeover with an all new look and feel. There's also new benches added to the free weights area and finally we’ve installed brand new lockers and showers in the changing rooms.

How to find us
We're based next to the Gala Bingo in Tower Park, near to the 24-hour Tesco Extra and Empire cinema. If you're coming by car pop BH12 4NY into your SatNav and park in the free onsite car park. Not only is there room for almost 700 cars, there’s also 24-hour CCTV.
Alternatively, the number 6 bus runs every half hour in the daytime (Mondays to Saturdays) and hourly on evenings and Sundays, and the 159 bus stops at Tower Park after 7pm (Monday to Saturday) and all day on Sunday. Or, if you fancy warming up before you workout, you can lock your bike at the bike racks directly outside the gym entrance.
