YOUR UPGRADED GYM IS READY

We've upgraded your gym to bring you the latest and best kit so you can get a better workout. We've created a brand new functional zone, which includes a prowler track and new rig. There is also an improved cycle studio designed to keep you motivated for longer. You'll be able to go from strength to strength in a bigger free weights area, where we've added new dumbbells and additional Olympic benches. The studio has been upgraded with all new kit and improved lighting. We'll have also done a full changing room refurb including new showers, vanity stations and changing cubicles.

SET YOUR OWN PACE

Upon registration get a free induction where one of our qualified instructors will assess your fitness levels, talk you through the equipment and advise you on the best kit to help you hit your targets. We also offer 50 free classes every week so whether you enjoy the intense bursts of fast abs or fat burn, a choreographed aerobics routine or a slow stretch we are sure we have a group session to suit your speed.

Need a push in the right direction? We have personal trainers on hand to help with your motivation if it starts to flag.

As well as over 220 pieces of state of the art gym equipment such as LIVESTRONG spin bikes by Matrix, vibrating Powerplates and TRX training frames, we've hired the best trainers in the industry to keep you on track. And don’t forget to check out our class timetable if you like working out in a group. What with spin, circuits, abs & toning and much more, you’re spoilt for choice.

IN CLUB AND ONLINE ADVICE

If you've not taken your free induction yet, ask one of the team when you next pop in. They’ll explain which exercises are best suited to help you reach your goal. And don’t forget you've also got full access to the Members' area of our website, which contains online training guides and nutritional advice. And if being told what to do motivates you, speak to one of our personal trainers.

We know you're busy. That's why PureGym Mansfield is open 24 hours a day. In other words, if you fancy a workout before work, after work, during lunch or through the night we're here if you need us. And so you can leave ready to face the world again, we have showers and hairdryers available in our changing rooms.
