If you get your kicks from working out in groups or with a gym buddy then you’re in luck because we have more than 50 free fitness classes available every week. Let the music take you over in our aerobics, fat burn and Pure Tone classes. Or for something completely different try non-contact box fit which really packs a punch without delivering a knockout blow. If you need a bit of motivation we have personal trainers available to help you hit your targets.

By Car
If you're coming by car, pop CV1 3AZ into your SatNav and park in the Skydome Multi-storey where, as a member, you get two hours free. Limited spaces are available.
By Bus
Get any bus from the city centre to the stop outside Ikea.
By Train
We're a ten-minute walk from Coventry station.
